Me Marc-André Michaud (LL.B.)

Me Marc-André Michaud works in civil and commercial litigation, more specifically in construction law, real estate law and divided co-ownership law.
As part of his practice, Me Michaud advises and represents several Syndicates of co-ownership, construction contractors as well as individuals in recourse for latent defects.
Me Michaud also has a strong interest in administrative litigation, particularly in public contracts and environmental litigation. Moreover, the latter is currently completing a graduate program at the University of Sherbrooke in environmental mediation.
A graduate of the University of Montreal where he obtained a bachelor's degree in law as well as a second bachelor's degree in International Studies, his university career also led him to study international law in Italy, France and China.
In addition to his legal training, Me Michaud has been a municipal councilor for the City of Terrebonne since 2017. This role also allows him to better understand the workings of the municipal world and public administration.
